I am:

Professional freelance conference interpreter for the language pairs English>Macedonian and Macedonian>English. I was one of the official interpreters during the three-year accession process and the bilateral and multilateral negotiations of the Republic of Macedonia for membership to the World Trade Organization (WTO) held in Geneva, Switzerland.

Professional freelance translator for the language pairs English>Macedonian, Macedonian>English, Serbo-Croatian>English and Serbo-Croatian>Macedonian. A number of my translations have been published.

Sworn translator/interpreter for the language pairs English>Macedonian and Macedonian>English accredited by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Macedonia.

Co-author of an electronic bilingual Glossary of Commercial Law and Trade (EN>MK, MK>EN) with over 7000 terms and expressions and 1400 explanations.

How do I feel about translation and interpretation?

I’ve been translating and interpreting, professionally, for 15+ years and I am expert in what I do. I am studying my fields of specialization in depth. I also invest in professional development and professional tools. I have a particular passion for terminology, and currently I am working on an EN>MK and MK>EN Dictionary of Commercial Law (and have two more dictionaries lined up). There are a number of things that add to the quality of my translation and interpretation services, but here is one: I take all precaution to provide true and accurate high-quality translation that meets your needs!

Also, I see translation as one of the ways in which I discover about the world. Translation and interpretation jobs require research and reading, which I enjoy, and the intellectual challenge of every new topic or field that I set out to discover keeps me on my toes. What better morning exercise than decoding meaning and creating beautifully composed sentences?
